In this episode, we speak with Professor Dr. Charles E. Ziegler. He holds a doctorate in Political Science and teaches at the University of Louisville focusing on areas like Russia and Eurasia and the Politics of Oil. He has held fellowships from the Council on Foreign Relations, Fulbright Program, IREX, and Hoover Institution.
