It is our mission to introduce the music, both traditional and pop, of Bisaya artists as well as the Bisaya culture and language; and to provide a link to Bisaya people in New Zealand to other parts of the globe. Mel Libre (Free Mel) is a retired NZ solicitor and a Filipino community leader. He is a social media personality, a published writer, singer-songwriter and a disc jockey (from 1975 to the present).
