This question has been asked many a times or at least has been thought about by many, let’s be real.For better or for worse, the nutrition space is the balancing act of what we as humans need to be eating or should be eating for a given outcome and the natural desire for comfort and indulgence in the form of “fun foods”. So how does this intersection come into play when it comes to our strategies and the results we want? Can one eat “junk foods” and be ok and if so, how much is ok?This is a very nuanced and contextual topic but let’s give you some insightful direction at least.
