005 - Your Life Deserves A Raise

What's up, guys?! Man, so sorry for the long gap between episodes but we are back with another AMAZING episode and we can't wait for you to listen to it! Last episode we had the opportunity to do our first interview (check out Episode 004). It went so and the feedback was so great we wanted to do it again! This week we sit down with "The Voice of Columbia" or as everyone from central Missouri calls him Cosmo! This is a guy that has had one of the most amazing physical and mental transformations we have ever seen! His story is so realatable to anyone that is a parent and has tried and tried again to make this "fitness" thing work. He's a dad of 2 amazing kids, has a sweet and supportive girlfriend and is (like I said before) the Voice of Columbia radio! Join us as we dive into his story and learn how he was able to overcome so much adversity and ultimately get himself into the best shape he's ever been in!
