This set recorded live on my Twitch channel - twitch.tv/djrusselljoseph as part of a Raid Train. The theme was 120bpm or lower. I started at around 110bpm and worked up to around 118bpm. I've always loved the 116-118bpm range. Something about that pocket. No rush, no fuss. We're not here to break any speed bylaws! :) Right in line with my Podomatic Channel, "Life at 116-118bpm."
