Welcome, time travelers, to Rock and Roll Flashback! In 1936 Mary Travers was born in Louisville, Kentucky. In 1937 Noel Paul Stookey was born in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1938 Peter Yarrow was born in Manhattan, New York. This is the story of how Peter, Paul and Mary came together in New York City and how they influenced folk music and social movements in the United States.
