For our 10th episode, I had a brilliant conversation with Maryam Moravvej, a Sourdough consultant and artisan baker, Empowering families to eat real bread and teaches group & private workshops in her home in Dubai. Maryams Knowledge of baking is second to none. The past 3 years has seen a surge in home baking, especially in Sourdough. In this episode, we discuss the origins of Sourdough, her classes, top tips, how she gets creative with her baking as well as how you can integrate sourdough baking into your busy everyday lives so you can eat real bread that is good for you.
