This video is the 5th part of our series on dealing with anger and related emotions. Robert again reminds us of the obvious fact that of course you don't want to be critical of yourself, and set the stage to suppress the anger or make yourself even angrier. Allow yourself to stay aware of the anger with a little voice inside that says, "I want to support you anger." Stay aware of the unique vulnerable feelings that you have. Feelings like fear or abandonment, insecurity, rejection. Now Allow yourself to feel both the anger and the vulnerable feelings. And now in this fifth step, search our soul for what it is that you actually needed in the first place that made you angry. Anger is most often a reaction to having a need that has not been met.
