Roufaida is een zangeres die reflecteert op de realiteit van de huidige wereld. Met haar Noord-Afrikaanse afkomst schrijft ze Arabische poëzie. Op haar debuutalbum ‘Coming Up For Air’ verwoordt ze thema’s als oorlog en xenofobie, zonder het zwaarmoedig te maken. Door de combinatie van popmuziek en haar Noord-Afrikaanse roots creëert Roufaida haar eigen geluid. Haar eerste EP verscheen in 2023 en werd internationaal beluisterd. Roufaida maakte haar naam groot op verschillende festivals, zoals Down The Rabbit Hole, Into The Great Wide Open en Noorderslag. Presentatie: Bo Fasseur
