Dennis Begley is an avid backcountry skier and ultra runner from North Vancouver, BC. After finishing business school Dennis found himself in a job he hated and decided he needed a change. He applied for a job at Mountain Equipment co-op and his life changed forever. In this episode, we talk about growing up with 2 older siblings, being diagnosed with Crohn's disease at age 12, travelling Europe and Australia, school, working at Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC), and how he went from couch to 50k...and beyond!!!
