If you have a few key ingredients, you have the ability to make a Main Course in Minutes. The Gothic Gourmet tells you how. This episode is Chicken Piccata. *** Mise en place Thawed chicken breasts Dredging pan (flour, salt, pepper) White wine or chicken stock 2 teaspoons of capers (with splash of caper juice) juice of 1/2 lemon 2 oz. Heavy cream 1 teaspoon of Demi-glaze (optional) This serves about two. Adjust for more servings and remember... it doesn't have to be exact! ***"Mise en place" is a cooking term that means all ingredients measured and in place.
