Jesper Fisker er for nyligt blevet udpeget som formand for sundhedsstruktur - komissionen, hvor han står i spidsen for at udvikle fremtidens sundhedssektor i Danmark. Til dagligt er Jesper administrende direktør i Kræftens Bekæmpelse. I denne episode taler vi med Jesper om fremtidens medarbejdere, hvor Jesper giver insigt i hvad han lægger vægt på, når han sammensætter medarbejderteams. Derudover fortæller han hvordan han balancerer mellem kompetencer og ildsjæle, der brænder for sagen. Jesper Fisker has recently been appointed chairman of the Health Commission, where he is in charge of developing the future health sector in Denmark. On a daily basis, Jesper acts as CEO of the Danish Cancer Society. In this episode, we focus on future employees, where Jesper provides insight into his considerations when assembling a team of employees. In addition, he tells us how he balances competencies and enthusiasts who are passionate about the cause. Finally, he advises potential candidates who dream of working for the Danish Cancer Society.
