Alignment. Such a simple word and concept, yet often hard to achieve in business. But as proven in every great architecture, we can build structures and achieve lasting effects by being aligned in the production of these structures. In this podcast series I aim to highlight the areas to work on in order to achieve business alignment. Strong leadership alone is not enough. For a business to deliver on its strategy, a structured approach to adapt and change is needed. This is when the leaders within an organisation need to align. There are clear benefits in adopting a method to achieve alignment, and to translate the strategy in a consistent manner within the organisation. The strong leadership found in pretty much every organisation will provide at least one general direction, a true North Star. But is that enough?
