Living With Anxiety

A documentary podcast on the strangely unspoken about condition, Generalised anxiety Disorder. For this programme I wanted to find out more about anxiety and what it is like to live with on a day to day basis. We have all suffered with anxiety at times in our lives but for some it is a non stop battle. I met with two sufferers of the disorder who were kind enough to share their stories with me, as well as this I interviewed a psychotherapist .
