What Are You Focusing On and Why? In this episode of the Resting Bliss Face podcast, Meagan dives into a simple but transformative question: What are you focusing on, and why? The thoughts you choose to focus on every day have a powerful impact on your emotions, actions, and overall experience of life. Sharing a real-life moment from the sauna, Meagan reminds listeners that life isn't about being positive all the time. It's completely normal to feel frustrated, overwhelmed, angry, or discouraged. The goal isn't perfection, it's learning how to acknowledge those feelings and then find your way back to a more grounded, neutral, or grateful state. She shares examples from coaching clients and everyday life, including business challenges, body image struggles, and the overwhelm that often comes with busy seasons of parenting and life.
