She discusses the importance of mentorship in her career, the challenges faced in autism services in Croatia, and the cultural responsiveness required in her practice. Rea also highlights her work in Montenegro, where she has trained thousands of professionals in ABA, and her current efforts in Denmark to further expand the reach of ABA. Throughout the conversation, she emphasizes the need for trust and understanding in working with families and the importance of adapting practices to fit cultural contexts.
