Just One More PageAuthor: Morgan & Sam
We are two childhood best friends, Morgan and Sam, who have a passion for reading that led to forming our own podcast. While Sam reads books with magic, weapons, and girls with supernatural powers, also known as fantasy, Morgan reads books related to romance, LGBTQ theme books, and on the odd day horror novels. We decided to start a podcast after realizing that we spent four to five hours on the phone just talking about the recent books weve read. This has allowed us to not only stay close as friends but for us to expand what we are reading. Language: en Contact email: Get it Feed URL: Get it iTunes ID: Get it |

EP221 Murdered By A Peacock [Pamona Afton Can Totally Catch a Killer by Bellamy Rose]
Episode 225
Saturday, 18 April, 2026
Happy Sunday! We hope you enjoy this week's episode! This week we discuss book two in the Pamona Afton world. If you enjoy this episode don't forget to subscribe and make sure you follow all our socials here!! so you don't miss out on anything! Summary: Pomona Afton knows how to throw a memorable party. After all, for her twenty-fifth birthday, she hosted a global extravaganza that included a masquerade ball in a Scottish castle, clubbing in Ibiza, and skinny dipping on a private island. So, throwing a gala for her fledgling nonprofit should be a breeze. Unfortunately, she has to navigate the high-stakes (and snobby) world of philanthropy, a beloved boyfriend who just can’t seem to fit in, and of course, her dysfunctional family, all while planning a party that won't only affect the future of her charity, but her own future in society. But Pom is no quitter. She pushes forward and perseveres…until, right in the middle of her party, she discovers the body of one of her biggest donors. Suddenly all her hard work is going up in flames. If she’s going to salvage her new life path, she must put on her (incredibly stylish) detective hat again and figure out who wants to bring her down. One more measly little murder mystery shouldn’t be that hard, right?
