According to AARP estimates, 26% of NYC residents are caregivers to a spouse, family member, or other loved one. Ahead of National Caregivers Day on February 20, our guest is Aisha Picott, social work care manager at Elderplan/HomeFirst, part of the not-for-profit MJHS Health System to talk about self-care for caregivers.
