There is a shift happening in the world where people are moving from just relying on their 5 senses to trusting the other senses we have been given such as our intuition and gut. We hear more and more people say "I can't explain it but I just have a feeling" but it can be hard to trust our gut if those around us demand an explanation andd information. It can make us doubt our gut or dismiss it because it doesn't make sense. In this episode I dive into all of this - how to lean into your gut, trust it and gain confidence in moving through life with our gut feelings at the forefront. If we don't learn to use our intuition and gut, we are leaving a valuable tool on the table as we go through life. Let's unpack together!
