What happens when we’re so focused on being grace-filled that we start letting everything slide? The beginning of a new co-op year is the perfect time to establish clear expectations and healthy boundaries, but that can be easier said than done! In this episode, we’re talking about why those first few weeks matter so much, what happens when we don’t consistently enforce our policies, and how we can hold boundaries without becoming rigid, legalistic, or ungracious. We want to lead with grace and love and sometimes the most loving thing we can do for our community is to hold the line. Matthew 5:37 But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.
