Welcome back ! We are doing pretty well with posting a little bit more consistently (yay). The audio may be a little off, we may overlap, or it may have some gaps since we're over zoom but we had a great time with this one.We have our first ever guest on our podcast, Diane/Ashley. Ashley is a great friend, proud black women, a member of the LGTBQIA+, fit AF and an inspiring educator. We explore Ashley's journey of self compassion and self love (with a pet goose) and the challenges she has experienced in her life as a LGTBQIA+ black woman with her mental health and "loving hers".
