Today we are speaking with CarDarius Smoot, Founder and CEO of Natural Roots by Smoot. A natural skincare and haircare company that creates natural hair care products free of unnecessary fillers. Smoot’s philosophy is that healthy hair and skin care can be achieved without harsh chemicals and additives. We talk about his beard care routine, motivation for starting, how he built his company and utilized his network for funding.
