Tips for a race Congratulations YOU Did it!. You are an inspiration for someone maybe in your job or in your house or in your family. Keep the pace! Some points to remember on Race day 1. The day before the race you should be taking in plenty of water. 2. Pick a dinner that is going to give you enough carbohydrates, NO TO MUCH PASTA. 3. Do not put on brand new shoes or clothes. 4. Wear clothing for the moment to avoid overdressing. you can use a trash bag as a cover. 5. Planning your food for the morning.
