121: Kyle Buckingham - Ironman South Africa Champion 2018

Kyle Buckingham has fast made a name for himself in the world of triathlon after winning Ironman Lake Placid 2014 in his first year as a pro and Ironmann Vineman in 2016. He still holds the Ironman Hawaii Age Group record with 8h37 set in 2013. After a disappointment in Kona last year (due to a mechanical issue on the bike), Kyle recently savoured the sweet taste of victory again by winning his home race: Ironman South Africa.
