It seems as though we are in an era where everyone we know has a cell phone. And not only do we all have them but they are constantly in front of our face or at our fingertips. It seems as though the phones and our hands are permanently connected. So why is that we need to use every free moment we have to distract ourselves? Shouldn't we learn to just be?
