Perelel LivesAuthor: Perelel
Welcome to Perelel Lives, a podcast where we learn about the tireless yet vibrantly challenging role the women we admire most live in parallel to their careers and personal pursuits: becoming and being a mom.We live in a society that glamorizes and celebrates womens careers, the companies theyve built, and the movements theyve created. But, what weve failed to highlight is a facet of their lives that is far more personala side that presents perhaps the hardest, but most rewarding job of alla job with no PTO, no holiday breaks, no sick days, and no salary. Oh, and it also lasts a lifetime: motherhood. Here, we have real conversations about motherhood. (Not another parenting podcast.)This podcast is presented by Perelel, the first & only OB/GYN-founded vitamin brand for women offering targeted nutrition for each stage of womanhood. Dad Edition: A Fascinating Look at the Pregnancy Journey Through a Dad’s Eyes with Miles Garber
Episode 34
Tuesday, 13 June, 2023
Today’s episode of Perelel Lives is a special dad edition in honor of Father’s Day. Our guest is none other than Miles Garber, host and founder of Call Me Dada, a media platform and podcast that aims to educate, inspire, and start a conversation about modern fatherhood. Miles is a longtime favorite of ours over here at Perelel because of his vulnerability and mission of helping other dads feeling alienated or afraid in the parenthood journey. He’s a dad to his daughter, Maxime, and is currently writing his soon-to-debut book, Call Me Dada, about his own story and realizations. He also offers one-on-one coaching for other dads and dads-to-be. We talk about becoming a parent from a dad's POV, how the male brain changes in fatherhood, and how we can all better support our partners and dads. It’s an insightful conversation that we’re sure you’re going to love.
