What does your perfect professional future look like in 5 years? can you take 30 minutes to write a letter to your best friend who you haven't seen in five years telling them, in the past, the amazing things that "happened" to you? Start with some key questions like Where, who, what, how many, etc.. Then you can connect this exercise with the retirement design and the wheel of life exercise. If you have a partner and kids, it's cool to share.
