This episode is just the trailer for the pitch competition. If I get through this round, I’d like to reach out to a larger audience with a topic that’s very close to my heart. This podcast is going to be about food and food processing to make packaged food. It’s going to be more than just cooking. My banter is not gonna help you become a “Masterchef” worthy chef or lead you to some instragrammable dishes, but it’s gonna be about how the tomato from a farm in Karnataka met a few friends like onions from Tamil nadu, became ketchup in a factory in Orissa and reached your refrigerator in Delhi. Had we been taught about “why” potato chips i harmful for our heart or “how” sugar candies could create a dent not just in our tooth but also our life, we would’ve definitely made better food choices.
