Body By Habits
One of the most important aspects of training and nutrition is tracking. We cannot manage what we aren't tracking. If we don't have small, clear, and defined daily, weekly, and monthly goals, we cannot attain those goals; or a more interesting way to look at it, our AIM. We need to know what we are aiming at DAILY or else we get pulled away from our goal by distractions, emotions, and limiting beliefs. Today's talk is about my Monthly Habit Tracking System, and how it will eliminate yo-yo dieting, keep you consistent, and focused on more "high resolution" daily, weekly, and monthly goals, rather than low resolution "BIG IDEA" goals that tend to derail us.
