Recent Supreme Court confirmations are symptoms showing the power the Supreme Court holds to interpret constitution. The Supreme Court is the final decider on what the constitution says - or at least this is what it decided in Marbury v. Madison. Is there another way that better maintains the balance of power between the 3 branches, states, and federal government? I think so.
