All of us have the capacity to be conditioned, programmed, or brainwashed—the mindset of another can be installed into an unaware mind. Apathy is a major program that has been installed in most of humanity. This apathy largely governs a complete lack of care for truth: what is actually happening internally and externally, as well as what has happened. So that being said, what then is the necessary behavior that needs to take place in order to actually care? What generates Care?
