Day 2: Release Welcome to Day Two of Halo Reset. This meditation invites you to soften your grip - on tension, expectations, and the weight you don’t need to carry today. Together, we’ll create space to gently release what no longer serves you and return to a lighter, calmer state within the body and mind. There’s nothing to fix, nothing to force. Just permission to let go. Find a comfortable seat or lie down, allow your breath to deepen, and let yourself be supported as you release.
