EP 142: Never Put Your Eggs in One Basket: Diversify With Purpose
Wednesday, 12 August, 2026
In this powerful and transparent episode of The G Code with ADRI.V, Adriana "ADRI.V" Viverette shares one of the greatest lessons she's learned throughout her personal and professional journey: never put your eggs in one basket. Known by many as an award-winning radio personality, ADRI.V reveals the marketing strategist, entrepreneur, educator, and communications leader behind the microphone. Drawing from her own career transition, she explores why identity should never be tied to a title, why character will always outlast a position, and how every experience, whether in corporate, nonprofit, media, or entrepreneurship, can prepare you for your next assignment. Listeners will hear why diversification is no longer just good advice but a necessity, especially in today's changing economy. Through personal stories, leadership lessons, and practical wisdom, ADRI.V challenges listeners to discover their gifts, align their work with their purpose, and build multiple streams of opportunity rooted in their calling, not just their career. Whether you're navigating a career pivot, building a business, or simply seeking clarity about your next chapter, this episode serves as a reminder that your purpose is greater than any one position. The lesson is simple but life-changing: Never put your eggs in one basket. Build a life centered on purpose, steward your gifts wisely, and create opportunities that no one person or organization has the power to take away. Learn more about your ad choices.
