In this week’s podcast we continue to discuss how to commit to ones true self by increasing your psychological flexibility. This is a concept/model that underpins the theories of acceptance and commitment therapy. I will be definitely the 6 processes of this model and talk you through ideas that will help you to use these processes. These are, acceptance, decision, connecting to the present moment, self as context, values and committed action.
