Prior to Aspen HR, Mark was CEO of Staff One HR which was a Dallas-based PEO that he sold in 2017 to Oasis Outsourcing. Mark was president of Oasis' Western region through their sale to Paychex in 2019. Mark is an MBA graduate of the Wharton School of Business and holds a BA in Economics from Fordham University.
