On this episode of the show I am joined by local runner and AI App creator Barney Reed. AI is at the forefront of many of our personal and working lives right now. Many runners are turning to AI apps to help with their running, training, race preparation and more. Tools available are helping runners make the most of the data being collected by various devices, and Barney has created an app called LT.ai (Lactate Training). Available on the app stores, it will connect with an account, like Strava, and start to create many different insights you can use in your own training.This discussion jumps into a few different areas, but it was great to discuss together and to get some good insights into the app that Barney has had developed, which incorporates not just running, but other aspects of busy lives we all have too.
