Maintaining Faith > Perceived Control

Faith is a choice to trust, even when outside circumstances aren’t matching your expectations. To me, maintaining faith isn’t a flex or a badge of honor. Instead, I find that being in the frequency of faith creates space for more flexibility and belief that everything happens for a reason and is serving us in some way. We are always connected. Our experiences give us an opportunity to wake up and find ourselves, again and again. I don’t always see the lesson right away, nor do I expect to. Only you can prescribe meaning to your own experiences, when it feels genuine and appropriate to you. Having a faith based mindset can simply serve as an invitation to find greater depths within yourself. In this episode, I share an experience that showed me the capacity of my faith (it wasn’t very deep lol), and what that experience taught me. I also share tips and tools for maintaining faith over perceived control.
