Formula to Follow if you Need to Reduce your Home's Sale Price

The HOP (Home Ownership Podcast) Episode 147 David Charels Allen reports on the latest interest rates and Santa Barbara sales stats. This week, rates remained about the same. There were only 31 new listings and 36 homes went pending. With such a low inventory of properties, many homes are still selling quickly. However, if your property is not selling, David has a suggested formula for reducing its sale's price. If a couple of weeks go back and you haven't gotten any nibbles, David suggest you reduce the sales price by 10%. If the house has gotten some showings but not a single offer, David advises you reduce the price by 5%. Then, David and his co-host Patti, discuss their fur babies at home.
