Today on the show we have Rocío Pinto, one of the most passionate persons I know for teaching entrepreneurship and personal growth. She's also a yogui and an expert business model generation strategist. Rocío is the former Managing Director at Heurística UFM, a 12-week, hands on, experiential program in Guatemala, in which the entrepreneur lives the process of creating a startup. I've been on the program and it's a great experience. Nowadays, Rocío is the CEO of Multiverse, a company that connects the entrepreneurial ecosystem in many ways and especially online. Through this platform, entrepreneurs are filtered and prepared to get into an accelerated program in order to prepare them to get funding and compete globally. In the past years, Rocio has become one of the most renown exponents of entrepreneurship in Guatemala and today she’s sharing with us her experience in this entire ecosystem. In today’s episode, we talk about the common success factors in entrepreneurship, common mistakes new entrepreneurs make, what makes someone fund a founder, what are some of the best practices new startups make that other established companies don’t do, and what it takes to be a successful founder.
