Yes, We call the Chair of the LTB the 'Stool' because Trish the Colluding Carson is a piece of shit colluding with corporate not for profits landlords Multifaith Housing Initiative to railroad and exploit Ottawa's most marginalized tenants and minorities.Michael the Tyrannical Thiele can't stand it that I'm Acting as counsel for My Friend because I Will not let them gaslight constitutionally protected rights or the obligations of the Tribunal. So the only Way they can proceed against My Friend and railroad her as they plan to do, is to have Me removed as counsel.This claim has been before the LTB for over a year and a half and the landlord has not even responded to the original claim!It's very easy to tell that Landlord Tenant Board of Ontario has been completely compromised to serve corporate interests. We Will likely appeal to a Divisional Court, but We Will wait to see what the decision says.I also Wish to point out that one of the reasons the liar posing as lawyer states Wishing to have Me removed as counsel is because I am not competent. I had his legal advice and interview removed from CFRA 580 Radio for saying that landlords could refuse to rent to tenants that are unvaccinated, warning the radio station that he was lying and would be making landlords liable for rights violations if they were to heed his counsel. The interview was removed the next day.Since when does a lawyer Wish to have their opposing counsel removed because they are NOT competent? That would be in his best interest if it were True because then I would be easy to take advantage of. It's precisely the opposite, and fortunately My Friend knows it.
