Courage; Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is doing what you believe to be right even when you are afraid. Courage; seeks to reach and save victims of crime. This podcast show focuses on needs, services, education and survival techniques for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault/abuse, human trafficking, homicide and other violent crimes. Sharing resources for each of these violent crimes is vital. During a time of confinement due to the coronavirus, obtaining resources and safety strategies is verydifficult. Courage; will link-local, state and national resources to any victim or survivor in need of support. Courage; is hosted by Shari A Kastein. Ms. Kastein has overcome great personal tragedies that led to a life of serving others. She is a survivor, advocate, administrative leader, and friend to others. Ms. Kastein has spent 35 years working in the field of victim services; earning herself several local, state, national and world recognition. She has been recognized by the United States Department of Justice, State Governors, Attorney Generals, and other victim service providers.
