Today I will substitute it with plant milk. This organic mango smoothie recipe is made without the use of cream or milk. This organic mango smoothie has a lot of weight loss advantages. Mangoes are a perfect fruit for weight loss because they are high in fiber and have a high water content. Mangos are a good vegan alternative to other fast food foods and they make you stay fuller for longer. Recipe for 2 servings 2 mangos 1 cup pineapple 1 banana 1 cup plant milk (coco and cashew add extra creaminess) Easy, yogurt free, and healthy. Enjoy!
