Fan Mail PortalSo, I was feeling down on the weekend. And so I took myself on a walk. And the more I walked, the more I found myself singing the times tables to music theory. I can't really say how I got there, but this is where we've ended up. Needless to say, I felt better after the walk. So, wether it was the fresh air, or the times tables, no one can say. In this episode, We singthe 3 times tables to the F Major scale. Ascending:3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21Descending21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 39The Vague chords I'm playing are:F | Amin | Bb | C | Dmin | Bb | Amin | F |I know. Pretty weird. Then we sing the 4 Times tables to the G Minor Pentatonic scale.4 , 8, 12, 16, 20, 2428, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48Woo!THENWe sing the the 6 times tables to my little Mixolydian melody I made up in 6 / 8 feel, and the chords are | A | A/G |Mixolydian is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, flat 7, 86, 12, 18, 24, 30, 3642, 48, 54, 60, 66"I don't know what you've been told, but I'm gonna go down, My Own road.
