क्या कच्चतीवू मामला श्रीलंका के साथ संघर्ष की वजह बन सकता है? इस मामले का भारत और श्रीलंका के संबंधों पर पड़ने वाले असर के बारे में बता रहे हैं वरिष्ठ पत्रकार ब्रज खंडेलवाल। ब्रज खंडेलवाल देश के वह पहले पत्रकार हैं, जिन्होंने कच्चतीवू को श्रीलंका के हवाले किए जाने के विरोधस्वरूप सबसे पहले दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय में याचिका डाली थी, जिसे साल 1971 के युद्ध की वजह से लगाए गए आपातकाल की वजह से यह कहकर खारिज कर दिया गया कि उस समय सभी प्रकार के मूल नागरिक अधिकारों पर पाबंदी है। उनसे बात कर रहे हैं मीडियाभारती.नेट के संपादक धर्मेंद्र कुमार।
