Sunitha is a former professional tennis player and Olympian who found herself retired from her sport at the age of 23 with no money and a sixth grade education. Since retiring in 2009, she moved from Florida to Boston, to earn a bachelors from Babson College in Business and Finance, and graduating from with the highest level of academic distinction offered by the College. She then entered the corporate world, working in a finance management training program, being coached ascend to leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies. She has since worked in different industries and has also earned an MBA from Villanova University. She began investing in Indiana real estate from Boston in 2018 and in 2019, she moved to Indianapolis to more quickly grow her real estate portfolio while still growing her successful corporate finance career. She currently has a 10 door portfolio consisting of long term rentals and a short term rental, purchased through a variety of creative financing methods.
