Episode 7 is about reclaiming your body. Reclaiming your body is for all those who have left certain parts of themselves behind because of trauma associated with physical abuse, verbal abuse, bullying, or any other situation that left you feeling unsafe and unfit for your body. This episode is a starting point to help you create that spark again within yourself, to walk comfortably again in your skin. Remember, it is a process to begin loving yourself again, it takes time, and with willingness and compassion you will understand how much you have deeply missed that connection. This episode starts out with a guided movement practice. This practice is foundational and seems silly, but it is a very important part of the process to help you feel into your body again...how your body moves, what feels good, what doesn't feel good and how you want to express yourself moving forward. Have fun with it, that is what it is for. You are now in control. Finally, this episode also touches on the patterns and beliefs surrounding the body. It helps you understand how important this disconnection was in the past, how your body is begging for your connection in the present, and how it can be disruptive for future growth and development. This is for everyone. period. Each and every one of us have been called names or made to feel less than for being our unique self. We didn't come to earth to suffer and take on the identity of someone else. You are meant to prosper by simply being you.
