Virtanen saved a match point in the deciding tiebreak before closing it out. 🎾 Sinner's Bloody Shoe — Defending champ Jannik Sinner survived a scare against Miomir Kecmanović, playing through a bloodied shoe after a nasty fall en route to a five-set win.
