In this episode I got to dive into a unique conversation with energy/meditation teacher Kara Goodwin. We talked in depth about her journey into her own authentic awakening of her spiritual essence. This sparked the writing of her book ( Your authentic Awakening: A guide to every day spiritual living). She shares her passion for helping others claim their gifts and understand how to move gracefully and gently through their awakening. She also shared her visions during the hypnagogic state, which were pretty vivid and gives you a cool perspective on how time and the soul operate.
