After working in Financial Services, Public Accounting, and the Oil and Gas Industry he now works in the Renewable Energy Sector where he helps Fortune 500 companies transition to sustainable & clean energy solutions. He is the Founder of Blk Fathers, a non-profit organization created to change and dispel the misconceptions and myths of Black Fatherhood around the globe, the Founding Partner of Prauper a Creative Digital Marketing Agency and Design Studio, and the Founder and Co-Host of The Girl Dad Experience a podcast that explores the multidimensionality of being a girl dad through the lens of 2 black fathers.Will succinctly explains where his hustle started and the need to always have multiple streams of income from an early age. He also candidly talks about some of the adversity he experienced living in New Orleans and having to evacuate due to Hurricane Katrina.
