Hello and welcome to Teaching Wifey. I'm your host Troy Gaines. For those of you who are not familiar with me, I'm a business owner, a chef who has had the wonderful oportunity to cook with chefs like Johnny Carrabba and Damien Mendola, the founders of Carrabbas Italian Grille. On top of that, I’ve dabbled in the wonderful world of videography. Thank you so much for joining us today. This is our first episode and today we are going to talk a little about the basics of cooking, we are and where we plan to go. We look forward to see where this journey takes us.
